On his death registration his usual residence is given as Chak Mehmda, Gujrat. His father Taj Ali is described as a cultivator. The cause of death is given as (a) tuberculosis meningitis 5 days (b) generalised tuberculosis 21 days (c) tuberculosis………..7 months. His death was registered by J.W.Parsons, Major, I.M.S., S.M.O., Indian Contingent, Dornoch.
