Son of Habib Ali and Masuma, of Chok Anjam Mirpur, Kashmir; Husband of Halima Bibi, of Chok Anjam. His death is registered under the name Khusik Mohammad corrected to Khushi. His home address is given as Kanara, Nowshera Teheil Chimbar Mirapore, India. He is described as a farmer/ driver, R.I.A.S.C. and aged 40 years. He died of cerebral abscess, dilation of bronchus to the right lower lobe with purulent adenitis. His death was registered by Fizal Mohd, Subadar, Indian Military Hospital, Aviemore.
